What is the difference between therapy and counseling?
Counseling is the process by which a counselor helps an individual understand and solve problems to help him or her cope with mental or emotional stressors. Therapy usually involves talking about your situation in order to gain more understanding about issues such as mood, feelings, behavior, and ways of thinking.
How many times with a therapist will it take to get results?
Therapy sessions typically last between 45-minutes to one-hour and are held weekly. However, sessions very based on the needs of the client.
What insurances do you accept?
Apex Therapy Services accepts all major insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, HAP, HealthPlus, Medicare, Priority Health, Tricare, and Cigna.
