Ray Kamoo, PhD, LP
Dr. Kamoo is a licensed psychologist with 34 years of clinical experience. He started Apex Therapy Services as an extension of his private practice.
Ray serves as Apex’s owner and clinical director. His work includes providing therapy and conducting a variety of psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Ray’s clinical experience is with adults afflicted with a range of psychological disorders. He is also actively involved in research and has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. Since 2001, he has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Detroit Mercy.
Ray attained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. In his free time, Ray enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
