He strives to provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space for the open exploration of clients’ thoughts, feelings, and motivations. At the core of his work is the development of insight into the causes of problems and working collaboratively to find new solutions that work for each individual. While experienced with a range of mental health problems, he has specialized training and expertise in narcissism, low self-esteem, long-term depression, exiting long-term relationships/divorce, and self-sabotaging behavior.
Having grown up in southeast Michigan, where open farmland and large cities are equidistant, Brady enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and being around animals. Other times, he enjoys being at home with his cats and dogs, playing video games, and watching TV.
