Her use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can incorporate other techniques including mindfulness, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, somatic approaches, and utilizing a person-centered approach to provide her clients with an open and encouraging environment to explore the changes they would like to see for themselves.
Jessica works with clients ages 18+ to explore concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, ADD/ADHD, navigating life changes, managing stress and behavioral concerns in increasingly effective ways, as well as challenges with medical health concerns and the impact on mental health concerns. Jessica works with clients to explore how they can introduce lasting changes for their benefit, working directly with clients to obtain and monitor progress towards their goals. Jessica strongly believes that the therapeutic process and relationship can aid clients in developing skills and making lasting changes so they can live the life they desire.
