She works with individuals aged seven and older, specializing in adolescents who present with high-risk behaviors as well as those navigating borderline personality disorder (BPD), ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Sharthea supports members of the LGBTQ community by creating a safe and welcoming space for them to process and grow. Her approach is skills-based, focusing on integrating practical tools and techniques that empower clients to create meaningful behavioral changes in their lives. She especially enjoys working with adults who are strengthening their communication skills and navigating life transitions.
Outside of her professional work, Sharthea finds balance and creativity in baking and cooking.
